Can I return my order?

We completely understand, we change our minds too! Although we wish we could, we are currently unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

We hope to have a cancellation feature in place one day. If you don't like the items, exchange or return them for a refund.

How can I contact you?

We want to talk to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns or feedback. We will contact you as soon as possible. Please note, however, that inquiries received on Fridays will not be answered until the following Monday.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver worldwide! You can find our shipping costs within the EU here .

How long does it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available for all domestic orders (at an additional cost). International shipping times depend on the products and destination.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unused, with all tags still attached and all original packaging included.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of goods.
