Possible customs duties are not included in the shipping costs and have to be paid by the buyer.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. The delivery time in this case is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
If you pick up the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail about the provision of the goods and the pick-up options. In this case no shipping costs will be charged.
After your order you will receive a confirmation email from us. Upon delivery of the goods you will receive a shipping confirmation. We always ship by insured parcel by GLS.
Express dispatch possible after arrangement and against surcharge.
For small quantities under 20 € value of goods we raise 5 € surcharge for small quantities.

Further payment details
In the case of payment by direct debit, you revocably authorise us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account.
The direct debit takes place with dispatch of the commodity.
If you pay by SEPA basic direct debit or by SEPA corporate direct debit, you authorize us to debit the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that the account is adequately covered on the announced date.
If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the contract is concluded.
