In some cases, the provision of personal data is required by law or contract. For this reason, it may, for example, be necessary for a contract to be concluded that you provide us with personal data, which must be processed by us. For example, you are obliged to provide personal data in order to conclude a contract. Failure to do so would mean that the contract cannot be concluded.

Before providing personal data, you can contact our data protection officer. He or she will inform you whether the provision of personal data can be prevented or not.

In the event of the collection and processing of personal data, the information is transmitted in encrypted form in order to prevent misuse of the data by third parties. Our security measures are continuously revised in line with technological developments. Nevertheless, Internet-based data transmissions can in principle have security gaps, so that absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.
