How do I order at the Neyer online store?

You are a new customer

You can order in our shop by

1) Add article to shopping cart 
2) register 
3) Enter your delivery and payment details 
4) confirm the accuracy of your data on the control page 
5) at the end click on the button >>Payable order < <. The information about the time of the conclusion of the contract can be found in the corresponding section of the General Terms and Conditions.

We treat all personal data confidentially and do not pass them on to third parties. In addition, all personal data is transmitted to us in SSL-encrypted form, which prevents third parties from viewing it. You can view our privacy policy here. You will also receive an order confirmation of your purchase by e-mail.

You are already a Neyer customer

If you are already a Neyer customer, you can log in with your email address and password after you have added all items to your shopping cart.

Advantage for you: all data such as delivery address and billing address are already stored. You also have the possibility to enter alternative data (e.g. new delivery addresses).  


How do I find the right item in the Neyer online store?

All articles in the Neyer Online Store are divided into categories. The main categories can be reached via the upper menu. Each of these categories is divided into subcategories, which contain the individual articles. 

Alternatively, you can enter a search term or article number in the search field at the top middle of the page. Furthermore, it is possible to place items from the complete Neyer product range in the shopping cart at the same time, if the item number is known. If you should not find an article immediately, we help you gladly by telephone or by Mail.

Did my order arrive?

If you have sent your order successfully, the message "Thank you for your order" will appear. In addition, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, on which you can once again view your complete order. In case of problems with your order you can contact our customer service: +49 (0) 7524/ 9770-0 (please have your customer number ready, if known).


How can I buy a gift coupon?

Are you looking for the right gift for friends or relatives? We have the solution: Gift vouchers from NEYER! Redeemable in the entire NEYER range.
The gift vouchers have a neutral design so that they are suitable for every occasion and you can combine them well with personal greeting or gift cards. They come to your home either by e-mail or by post, independent of other orders.

You can order a gift voucher conveniently by e-mail.


Why does my coupon code not work?

You have a coupon code you want to use and it is not accepted?

The following could be the trigger:

1. if you have already used the voucher code, as the vouchers can usually only be used once.
2. if cookies have not been accepted, this can seriously affect the display and some functions.
3. if you have entered the voucher code, started the checkout process and left it again to return to the shopping cart

If no. 3 or none of these reasons apply to you, please contact our customer service by phone or e-mail, they will help you further.


My account


I lost my access data

No problem. You can request a new password directly on the start page at the top right under "Login".
Please click on the link "Forgot password" and enter the e-mail address with which you first registered at the Neyer Online branch or made your first purchase.

The password will then be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address stored in your data. After logging in with the new password, you can change it again under "My Account / Account Information". 




How can I pay at the Neyer Online store?

The following payment options are available to you:

Return & Reclamation

If you want to return something to us because it does not fit or is damaged, it is no problem. Send us a short mail or contact us by phone.
